Hallo, ich bin leider auch betroffen, in einem Umfang der leider recht groß zu sein scheint, wenn nicht der größte überhaupt hier.

Daher die Bitte um eine kleine unbürokratische Hilfe: Wohnt jemand zufällig in der Eifel?

Since I'm the one that started this subject, I must tell you that everything I write is documented and I have proof of everything.



The problem is that I don't speak German and that I live in Greece, so any legal action against Mr Brockhoff will be costly on my part.



I have done business with many people abroad (Germany, USA, England, Italy) but this was a first time that it happened to me.



Because of my past possitive experiences I trusted Micheal B. easily (I thought he also had a site, he responded quickly to my e-mails at first and was very helpful).



You say that you don't know if there was intent in his actions.



Of course there was. If I send you the e-mails you will understand. At the beginning he responded immediatelly and even send me an e-mail if I'm still interested in the valves (because I was sick for a week and I did not pay when I said I would).



After the payment he never aswered back. After many e-mails he wrote me that he received the money and then nothing. So it was intent from his part.It was fraud.



The reason I wrote to your forum is not that I hold you or it responsible, but because I want to prevent it from happening again.



If I had read something bad regarding Mr Brockhoff I wouldn't had proceeded.
